01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member") and clup388 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the clup388 platform, including but not limited to account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions, and communications with our team.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the clup388 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other medium — you automatically agree to comply with all terms contained in this document as well as any additional policies, guidelines, or rules published by clup388 from time to time.

These terms take effect immediately upon completion of the registration process or upon your first use of the platform, whichever comes first. We recommend that you keep a copy of this document for your own reference.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the clup388 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a real individual (not a company, bot, or non-human entity)
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any recognized gambling platform
• Not located in a territory where access to this platform is legally prohibited
• Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information

Clup388 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03 User Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at clup388. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and all related accounts will be terminated without notice, including any account balances which may be forfeited subject to internal investigation.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and login credentials.
• Do not share your account information with any other party.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Clup388 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's own negligence
• The account name must match the name of the bank account holder used for transactions
• Two-factor identity verification (2FA) is strongly recommended for all accounts

Clup388 reserves the right to request a review of account information at any time as part of our ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure platform integrity.

04 Deposit & Payment

Clup388 accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods including local bank transfers, digital wallets, and approved online payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from an account or payment method in the member's own name.
• Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned after deducting processing costs.
• Clup388 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits
• Deposit processing time depends on the method chosen, typically instant to 15 minutes
• Proof of transaction may be required for deposits exceeding a certain amount.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawals from your clup388 account are subject to a defined verification process to ensure the security and accuracy of every transaction. clup388 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly once all conditions are met.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days after verification is complete
• Your first withdrawal requires completed identity verification (KYC)
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet in the same member's name.
• Clup388 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• Withdrawals involving bonuses must fully meet the wagering requirement before being processed

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through suspicious means or in breach of these terms will be investigated and suspended until the investigation is complete.

06 Bonus & Promotions

Clup388 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus and promotion has its own terms and conditions that must be fully complied with.

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms
• Bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Clup388 reserves the right to revoke any bonus awarded if fraud or abuse is detected
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Wagering values used to meet bonus requirements are calculated based on eligible games only
• Clup388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses

07 Game Rules

All games available at clup388 are operated in accordance with their respective rules as set by the game providers. Game results are final and may not be disputed unless a proven technical malfunction has occurred.

• All games use a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG)
• Any technical malfunction during gameplay will result in the round being voided and the bet returned
• Clup388 is not liable for disruptions caused by connectivity issues on the user's end that result in interrupted gameplay
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in games is strictly prohibited
• Minimum and maximum betting limits per game are as stated in the game interface.

08 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal collusion between members
• Attempted money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Using an account for business purposes, money transfers, or activities other than personal entertainment
• Hacking, intruding, or attempting unauthorized access to clup388 systems
• Spreading false information or defaming clup388 on public platforms
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Clup388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to terms violations, suspicious activity, or self-exclusion requests.

• Members may request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team.
• Valid funds in the account will be returned once the verification process is complete.
• Accounts suspended pending investigation will not have withdrawals processed until the investigation is concluded.
• Clup388 reserves the right to withhold funds associated with fraudulent activity, temporarily or permanently
• Members whose accounts have been terminated due to terms violations are not eligible to re-register.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, clup388 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming activity.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled technical maintenance or emergencies.
• Data loss due to force majeure events beyond our control.
• Disputed game results without solid evidence of technical malfunction.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third-party factors such as banks or payment gateways.

Clup388's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms

14 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which clup388 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through the following process:

• Members are encouraged to contact the clup388 support team first for an amicable resolution.
• Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a recognized arbitration body
• Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties.
• You agree that any legal action must be filed within the jurisdiction designated by clup388.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed from this agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
